About the Author:
David Kinne is a former stand-up comedian, biologist, educator, and corporate trainer. His passion for the ocean and marine life has led him to a career at Clearwater Marine Aquarium. He is a master storyteller whose live, interactive version of Captain Tortuga continues to entertain and educate children visiting the aquarium. This is the first children’s book he has written, although he has read several.
About the Artist:
Kotopoulis has been making the world smile for many years. He is an accomplished artist, director and animator whose career credits include working with prestigious companies such as Universal Studios, Hanna-Barbera and Disney. Kotopoulis won a Clio for his work on “Charlie the Tuna” commercials and “retired” in 1985 to pursue his own brand designs. Kotopoulis’ fine art sculptures and paintings have been exhibited in major galleries and are currently found in private collections throughout the world. His collection of fun, humorous animal characters delights children and adults alike.
